What Is It?

Honeywell Versatilis is next generation handheld platform for configuring, calibrating, monitoring, and diagnosing universal HART, Modbus*, and Honeywell DE devices and for provisioning and troubleshooting of ISA100 Wireless and WirelessHART devices. It also provides a secure and open platform for other applications.

How Does It Work?

Versatilis platform can be used to provision ISA100 & WirelessHART devices through different means

Versatilis Advanced Comm Interface

The modem has the similar form factor of an Apple TV box. There’s a simple toggle button to switch between the protocols depending upon the model you order with a glowing LED indicating the selection. The modem can be powered with three AA rechargeable off the shelf batteries. Complete charge provides an operating time of 40 hours which is good for a week and we supply two sets of batteries with a separate charger. There is an intuitive RGB pattern LED for low battery, power and Bluetooth communications.

User Interface and Mobility Device

The tablets come in Windows and Android choices. These certified products have highly responsive capacitive multi touch screens. With extendable storage in hundreds of GBs and up to 2 Terra Bytes, your devices will never run out of space anymore. All the options come with front and back cameras, contemporary Bluetooth and WiFi communications and also various ports and sensors which make them a potent utility platform for various applications at your site.

The Application

The App supports Online & offline configuration, diagnostics, simulation and management or Device description files and even FDI device packages. Settings pertain to some App related configurations and Documentation provides self-help videos and tutorials.

When you Tap on Online Configuration, you are presented with the Scan & Connect screen to view available modems. Once you have configured your choice of protocol, you tap on to Connect to device.

STT17C Configuration Toolkit

STT17C Configuration Toolkit is the configuration tool used to monitor and configure the STT170 Temperature transmitters while providing maintenance engineers and instrument technicians easy and quick access to configuration parameters

What Is It?

STT17C Configuration Toolkit is a PC-based configuration toolkit used to monitor and configure the following models of STT 3000 – STT170 Temperature transmitters-

• STT171 (Smart Temperature Transmitter)
• STT173 (Smart Temperature Transmitter)
• STT17H (Smart Temperature Transmitter)

The intuitive graphical user interface of the STT17C configuration tool virtually eliminates the need for operator training after installation on a PC. It includes all software and transmitter interface hardware necessary to configure the STT171, STT173 and STT17H temperature transmitters in non-hazardous work environments.

SmartLine Anytime Tool

SmartLine Anytime Tool (SAT) provides a single platform to upgrade the firmware for all Honeywell SmartLine instruments. Users can thus reduce downtime due to repair/replacement and benefit from a lower lifecycle cost

SmartLine Anytime Tool (SAT) provides a single platform to upgrade the firmware for all Honeywell SmartLine instruments. Users can easily upgrade individual components and benefit from the SmartLine platform’s modularity concept and the latest firmware functionalities released across the SmartLine portfolio.

What Is It?

​SmartLine Anytime Tool enables users to upgrade any Honeywell SmartLine device, including:

• ST 800 and ST 700 Pressure Transmitters
• STT 850 and STT 750 Temperature Transmitters
• SLG 700 series Level Transmitter

It also allows electronic modules like basic/advanced displays and DE/HART/FF communication modules to be interchanged between selected instruments with minimal firmware upgrade. Users can thus reduce downtime due to repair or replacement as well as benefit from a lower lifecycle cost while maintaining current functionality.

How Does It Work?

SAT is operated by a dedicated software (included in the kit) run on a PC. It supports automatic SmartLine hardware device detection when the device is connected to the box, and intuitive upgrade to a new firmware version. Other features include:

• USB port enables SAT to directly interface with PC without an extra power supply
• Multi-module ports enable five instrument modules to be connected for upgrade at the same time
• SAT supports reverse module connection
• SAT provides power up light indication.
